By using TourConductor ("the service") you agree to these terms.
The service
TourConductor is provided as-is, during beta, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. We do our best to keep things working but cannot promise uptime or data preservation during this phase.
Your content
You own the venue contacts, emails, and notes you enter. We don't claim any rights to your data. You can export or delete it at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email.
- Harass or defame anyone.
- Do anything illegal under Dutch or EU law.
- Attempt to compromise the service, other users' data, or the underlying infrastructure.
We can suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Your account
Keep your password safe. If your account is compromised, let us know immediately. We can't be held responsible for unauthorized use that results from a compromised password.
Beta software
This is beta software. Expect occasional bugs, brief outages, and evolving features. Back up anything you can't afford to lose.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll email registered users at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
Governing law
Dutch law. Disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam.
